Clarity is a 0–100 number recomputed every day from four honest inputs: time against your own baseline, minutes lost to the feeds you flagged, urges you interrupted, and real-world moments you logged — a walk, twenty pages, a call.

You compete against your own past, never a stranger’s highlight reel. And the app itself gets visibly brighter as Clarity climbs — day 1 lives in the abyss, day 30 lives near sunlight.
